Non Heat Shrink Tubing and Sleeve

CYG provides various non heat shrink tubing and sleeves including PTFE non Heat shrink tubing (CB-TT(L/S/T)), non-shrink PFA tubing (CYG-PFA), non-heat shrink FEP tubing (CYG-FEP), non-shrinkable PVC tubing, silicone coated fiberglass sleeve (CB-SGS) and non-shrink silicone rubber tubing.

  • PTFE non Heat shrink tubing (CB-TT(L/S/T)) is made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and can be used in miniature transformers, special sensors, and artificial blood vessels thanks to its high temperature resistance (260℃), corrosion resistance, high insulation, and high strength.
  • Non shrinkable PVC tubing can be widely used in electronic components, home appliances, automobiles, machinery, toys and sporting goods and other fields.
  • Silicone coated fiberglass sleeve (CB-SGS) is made of alkali free glass fiber woven into a tube, and then coated with silicone and high temperature treated. It can be widely used in the insulation protection of the internal bunched cable in H&N motors, household electrical appliances, electric heating equipment, special lamps and lanterns, television and electronic equipment.
  • Non shrink PFA tubing (CYG-PFA) and non heat shrink FEP tubing (CYG-FEP) can be widely used in communication and chemical industry since its excellent heat resistance, wear resistance, adhesion resistance, acid resistance and UV resistance.
  • Non shrink silicone rubber tubing could resist temperature up to 200 ℃ and is design to provide insulation protection and coating for the electronic parts with special requirements.
